Lake Travis also advanced, sweeping Stony Point with scores of 25-20, 25-10, and 25-17. Buda Johnson secured their spot with a straight-set win over Laredo United, 25-17, 25-19, 25-21.
Class 6A division II, Region IV saw Austin High defeat Vista Ridge 3-1, though a detailed line score was not available. Weiss dominated Bastrop, winning 25-9, 25-10, 25-16.
