21 passengers, including children, died when a bus caught fire near Karachi, Pakistan.
A fire broke out in the air condition unit of a private bus on its way from Karachi to Hyderabad near Nooriabad. The bus then stopped on the road. Some of the passengers escaped by breaking the windows and jumping down from the bus.
However, as the fire quickly spread inside the bus, 21 people were trapped and died because they could not get down from the bus. Also, several people were admitted to a nearby hospital with burn injuries.
