The cash dividend declared by the board of directors of three companies listed in the capital market has been sent to the shareholders as bank. The company has paid this dividend to shareholders for the financial year ended June 30, 2023.
On Tuesday (February 6), Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE) informed this information.
The companies are—GQ Ballpen Limited, Dominage Steel Building Systems Limited and Fu-Wang Ceramics Limited.
Cash dividends declared by GQ Ballpen Ltd., Dominage Steel Building Systems Ltd. and Fu-Wang Ceramics were sent to investors through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) systems.
GQ Ballpen: After reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2023, the board of directors of the company declared a cash dividend of 2.50 per cent to the shareholders. It is approved by the consent of the shareholders in the annual general meeting of the company.
Dominance Steel: After reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2023, the board of directors of the company declared a cash dividend of 0.50 per cent to the shareholders. It is approved by the consent of the shareholders in the annual general meeting of the company.
Fu-Wang Ceramics: After reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2023, the board of directors of the company declared a cash dividend of 2 percent to the shareholders. It is approved by the consent of the shareholders in the annual general meeting of the company.
