3 youths involved in ATM robbery in Tiruvannamalai caught on CCTV: Arrived in stolen car in Tirupati

Thiruvannamalai: In Tiruvannamalai district, in Tiruvannamalai, Kalasapakkam and Polur last night, a mysterious gang broke into 4 ATMs and looted Rs 73 lakh. 9 special forces have been formed to catch them and intensive search is going on. In this case, a complaint has been lodged at the police station that a Tata Sumo was parked on the roadside in Tirupati on the evening of the 12th. Also, at the time of the robbery at Thiruvannamalai Thenimalai ATM center, a Tata Sumo was standing for about 15 minutes and 3 youths got down from it on the CCTV camera of the shop in that area. Therefore, the police suspect that the car stolen in Tirupati may have been used by out-of-state robbers to commit a robbery in Tiruvannamalai. Currently, the police are looking for the robbers using the CCTV footage as the main evidence.
