410 bodies found in Kiev; Ukraine says Russia belongs to the massacre

Human Rights Watch has accused Russia of committing war crimes in Ukraine.

Ukraine says it has regained complete control of Kyiv. Russia has reportedly withdrawn from nearby areas of Kiev, including Bucha.
