7 Brew Coffee’s Florida Expansion: New Drive-Through Hub Approved for Pace, Bolstering Panhandle Presence
Explore the rapid 7 Brew Coffee Florida expansion as the drive-through chain secures approval for a new Pace location, significantly growing its Panhandle footprint.
The booming coffee chain, 7 Brew Coffee, continues its aggressive expansion across Northwest Florida with the recent approval for a new drive-through location in Pace, Santa Rosa County. This latest development signals a significant stride in the brand’s strategy to deepen its roots in the Panhandle, adding to a rapidly growing network of locations. The news comes as part of a broader push into the region, promising more convenient options for local residents.
Pace Approval Marks Fourth Santa Rosa County Store
The new 7 Brew Coffee outpost in Pace received official county approval on July 24, following a submission process that began in early February. Developers from the Atlanta, Georgia, branch of Bowman Consulting Group filed the initial plans and provided updates in June and again in July, addressing county feedback before final approval was granted.
The approved design features a 770-square-foot building situated on a 1-acre lot at 4880 U.S. Highway 90. This location will offer nine total parking spaces, along with access points from both Caroline Street and Orleans Street, designed to optimize customer flow. The establishment will feature three entrances, two of which will be accessible directly from Orleans Street. This strategic move cements Pace as the fourth location for 7 Brew Coffee within Santa Rosa County, building on the earlier approval for a store in Navarre in late June. This marks a significant moment for Santa Rosa County development.
A Rapid Rise Across the Sunshine State
Originating in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, 7 Brew Coffee has rapidly expanded its footprint nationwide, now boasting nearly 30 locations across Florida alone. The chain distinguishes itself with a drive-through only model, emphasizing efficiency and speed similar to operations seen at popular franchises like Chick-fil-A. Their staff are trained to guide customers swiftly through the line to the pickup window.
Beyond traditional coffee, 7 Brew offers a diverse menu that includes various smoothies, shakes, and energy drinks made in-house. This variety caters to a broad customer base, positioning the chain as a versatile beverage stop.
Expanding Footprint: Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties
7 Brew Coffee kicked off its Florida expansion with a Crestview store in 2023, quickly moving into the Pensacola region in early 2024. The first Pensacola location, situated at 5305 North Davis Highway, opened at the beginning of the year. This was soon followed by a Milton store in early June, marking the brand’s initial foray into Santa Rosa County. For local business enthusiasts, this expansion is a key development in the Pensacola business landscape.
The fast-growing chain has secured approvals for five locations across Escambia County and Santa Rosa County. Currently, one store is operational in Escambia County, and two are open in Santa Rosa County, specifically at 6556 Caroline Street in Milton and 3876 Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze. With the recent approvals for Navarre and Pace, the total count of approved locations in the region stands at five, with two currently under construction.
Looking ahead, 7 Brew has also proposed three additional stores for development in the northern half of Escambia County. These include two locations in Ferry Pass — one adjacent to University Town Center and another planned within the Ferry Pass Plaza — and a third proposed for Ensley. These prospective sites underscore the company’s commitment to saturating the market, signaling a robust future for this innovative innovative retail model.
