8 people died due to severe floods in the state of Kentucky, USA.
Provincial Governor Andy Beshear said he feared the death toll could rise as floodwaters continued to rise.
A state of emergency has been declared in 6 cities due to the storm that hit the eastern part of the province. The governor said that 23 thousand houses are in darkness due to the flood and many more people are missing.
Local media released a video of the roads being flooded like a river.
