So that the faithful can get closer to “their world”, every day at 5:30 p.m. (Spanish time) the monks of the Community of the Lamb will offer an explanation of the emblematic icon of the Nativity. There will also be surprise concerts of sacred music, and occasions for personal dialogue.
Contemplare Foundation
The Contemplare Foundation is made up of lay people from all professional sectors who put their knowledge at the service of monastic life, in order to help them support themselves and, above all, to make their wealth known.
One in three contemplatives in the world lives in Spain, with more than 735 active convents and monasteries. In the country there are 8,500 monks and nuns who support the Church by following the rule of pray and work. And for them Contemplare was born, with the mission of being a bridge between their vocation and the world.
