The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office initiated an ex officio investigation,meaning it was launched independently based on the severity of the alleged offenses. The suspects face a range of charges under Turkish law, including:

- Establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime (TCK-220)
- Entering the facts system (TCK-243)
- Blocking, disrupting the information system, destroying or changing data (TCK-244)

Nationwide Raids and Evidence Seizure
Simultaneous operations were conducted in 12 provinces by the Ankara Provincial Police Department’s Cyber Crimes Branch Directorate, resulting in the apprehension of all 14 suspects. Notably, nine of those detained are identified as SSÇ – a designation referring to children dragged into crime.
