War in Ukraine: a new oil shock?

Ukraine is cold and plunged into darkness. Victim of shortages that raise fears of a painful winter, Europe is afraid for its electricity and gas. Even though oil has fallen to its lowest level since the start of the year, should we fear – and this is the whole paradox – a new energy shock?
