A New Delhi court has ordered 14 days judicial custody of Shankar Mishra, who urinated on a fellow passenger on an Air India flight.

Mishra, who is absconding following the incident, was arrested in Bengaluru yesterday.

In this case, the chairman of Tata Sons Group, which operates Air India, N. Chandrasekaran has condemned the incident. He said that Air India should have taken immediate action regarding the incident.

Chandrasekaran said that the incident saddened him and his colleagues and said that all measures will be taken to prevent such an incident from happening again.

The CEO of Air India stated that the four crew members and one pilot who were working on the plane where the incident occurred have been temporarily suspended.
