New Delhi: The much anticipated Hyundai Ioniq-5 electric car launched in Delhi. Last year’s Auto Expo was postponed due to the spread of the Corona virus.

In this case, this year’s 16th Auto Expo started in Delhi last Wednesday. Hyundai’s Ioniq-5 electric car was introduced by Unsoo Kim, CEO of its Indian division. Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, the brand ambassador of Hyundai Car, participated in the event and addressed it.

CEO Unsoo Kim said, “We are at a point where we can create a better and more sustainable future. We are proud to introduce the Ioniq-5 electric car in India. In the future, efforts will be made to introduce an electric car at a low price (Rs. 10 lakhs) that most people in India can afford,” he said.

The Ioniq-5 is the 2nd electric car that Hyundai has launched in the Indian market after Hyundai’s ‘Kona’ electric car. This car has already been launched in the Indian market. However, the price was not announced.

In this case, the price of the Ioniq-5 car was announced as Rs. 44 lakh 95,000 at the Auto Expo. Booking has started for this car. It was announced that this price will be available only for the first 500 cars.
