Kollam ∙ The Food Safety Department has found that the milk seized by the Dairy Development Department from Aryankavu is not contaminated. When it was tested at the lab in Thiruvananthapuram, it was found that there was no presence of the chemical. Five days ago, the Dairy Development Department seized a milk tanker from Aryankavu for allegedly detecting the presence of hydrogen peroxide in the milk.

The tanker lorry with 15,300 liters of milk has been kept at the police station for five days. Today, the High Court will consider the petition filed by the owner of the private dairy demanding the release of the tanker.
