Magdalena Anderson has been re-elected Prime Minister of Sweden.
Magdalena Anderson, Sweden’s first female prime minister, resigned at 7 a.m. last week amid a series of budget failures and coalition defections. He is currently re-elected Prime Minister.
Magdalena Anderson, 54, received 73 votes in favor and 173 against. The Swedish parliamentary tradition does not require the support of a majority of the prime ministerial candidate. At the same time, if the rejection vote reaches 175, the candidate will be considered a loser.
