F1 Imola, Hamilton on pole and Leclerc fourth with Ferrari

Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes will start tomorrow from pole position in the F1 Emilia Romagna GP at Imola. The world champion finished with a time of 1.14.411 ahead of the Red Bulls of Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen. For Hamilton it is the 99th pole of his career on a different 30th circuit. Fourth place on the grid for Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari, followed by Pierre Gasly and Daniel Ricciardo. Seventh place for Lando Norris. Eighth time for the other Mercedes of Valtteri Bottas, Esteban Ocon ninth and Lance Stroll closes the top ten.
