The European Union is involved in repatriation of refugees from Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Ministers of the 27-nation European Union are meeting today to discuss visa restrictions to return those who do not have the right to asylum in Europe to their home countries.
According to the UN report, 160,000 people fleeing wars and poverty in the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia crossed the Mediterranean to Europe last year alone, and more than 80 million Ukrainian refugees have taken refuge across Europe.
