Maria Rodés with The Star of David and Mishima will act a the second edition of the Norai Music & Camp, which will be held from May 19 to 21 at the Alamata Nautical Campsite in Castelló d’Empúries. Pájaro Sunrise, La Paloma, Miqui Puig Canta, Marta Knight, Puzzles y Fragones, Júlia Amor, Hola Lis, Tou and Tronco will also perform at the campsite, integrated within the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park. The musical program also features guest DJs such as Dj Coco, LaFonoteca Barcelona Dj, Siamiss DJs, Pin & Pon DJs and Supermon Dj.
The first edition of the festival, the environmental organization Iaeden considered “unacceptable and completely incompatible” to hold a competition “next to the integral reserve of Les Llaumes, space of maximum protection” in which a capacity of up to 4,000 people was expected. Finally, however, gathered around 600 people to see the concerts of Ferran Palau, Renaldo & Clara, Hidrogenesse or Ladilla Rusa.
For this year, capacity is limited to 2,000 spectators and the organization “intends to consolidate itself as the independent music festival of small format and family atmosphere of the Empordà».
Tickets are now on sale and include access to all the campsite facilities and camping in a tent, van or motorhome.
