“It can be called a joint decision, we have been working with the setting of the wrong key for a long time,” the director admitted, adding that the idea to make part of the production in Ukrainian was “a hasty decision.”
According to him, the decision to cancel was made after the wrong message became clear.
“We saw what the show ended up being. But… it was too late. We realized that what we envisioned in the show wasn’t working the way we thought… A lot of time with the actors I honed the details and mise-en-scène, but lost the big picture in the process,” Tyrons said.
