During the next few days, with the beginning of this March, a new public auction session will be held for the sale of Sinbad amusement park land in Cairo Governorate.
This comes after the previous auction session was postponed because the required price was not reached, according to valuation expert Mustafa Mukhtar Hanafi.
Mukhtar explained, in previous statements to Masrawy, that the auction session had been postponed to March 9, 2023.
And the valuation expert continued that the bids submitted did not reach the target price set by the members of the association that owns the land of Sinbad Amusement Park.
The Land of Sinbad Amusement Park is privately owned by the Association of Jasmine Pioneers for serving and retired police officers and their families.
The area of the Sindbad amusement park land is 6 thousand and 11 square meters, and the insurance for entering the auction amounted to 5 million pounds and 3000 pounds for the purchase of the tender documents.
