കLast month, Rajinikanth starrer ‘Annaatthe’ hit theaters. The film was directed by Siruthe Siva. The film was a family action drama but received mixed reviews. On this occasion, Rajinikanth has come up with a surprise gift for the director.
According to the Times of India, Siruthe visited Siva’s house and presented him with a gold chain.
Sources told the media that the actor had spent more than three hours at the director’s house and was discussing about Annathe.

Annatte is the first big budget film to be released when Kovid opened the theater after the second wave.
The film, which was made on a big budget, was chosen for a theatrical release without being released on OTD. The film combines mass, action, comedy and family elements to captivate Rajinikanth fans.
There were reactions that Annathe was similar to previous mass films including Rajinikanth. The film is produced by Sun Pictures. Malayalee actor Keerthi Suresh and many others like Nayanthara, Khushboo, Meena, Prakash Raj and Surya were present in the lead role.
