KYIV. March 15. UNN. Russian occupiers shelled Manganets in the Dnipropetrovsk region – an investigation has been launched. This is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General UNN.

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
“According to the investigation, on the evening of March 15, 2023, the armed forces of the Russian Federation, disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, carried out an artillery attack on the town of Marganets in the Nikopol district. As a result of the attack, two women were killed and five more townspeople were injured,” the message reads.
High-rise and private buildings, commercial buildings, a shop, and a lyceum dormitory were damaged. Priority measures are being taken to fix the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country.
