Potatoes – 3
Egg – 5
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Tanya – 1 tbsp
Dry chillies – 3
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Curry spice powder 1½ tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves – as required

Recipe
Boil potatoes and peel and mash them. Boil 3 eggs separately. Roast and grind all the three tanya, cumin and dry chillies in medium flame. Finely chop onion and green chillies.
Mash the mashed potatoes with turmeric powder, taniya mix, curry masala powder, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves and salt. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the chopped onions until golden on medium heat. Stir in the mashed potato mixture and keep aside in a bowl.
In another small bowl, break 2 eggs and add cornflour, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Cut the hard-boiled egg into two halves and spread pepper over it. Cover the egg shape with the potato mixture around the peppered egg.
Then dip it in the egg mixture, dip it in breadcrumbs and fry it until golden brown, then the deviled egg is ready.
