Time.news – Russia has banned 500 Americans from entering in response to sanctions imposed by the United States administration. This was stated by the Russian Foreign Ministry in a statement.
“Among them are not only significant figures such as former US President Barack Obama, but also current CEOs of various levels and former officials such as the curator of the White House to counter the ‘Russian disinformation‘, Nina Jankowicz, senators and deputies elected for the first time in the November 2022 elections, experts and employees of think tanks involved in spreading Russophobic falsehoods and heads of defense companies supplying weapons to the Kiev regime.
The US embassy’s request to meet Evan Gershkovich, a journalist arrested for espionage, was again denied in response to the US refusal of visas for Russian journalists from the press pool of Sergei Lavrovmaking it impossible for them to fly to New York to accompany the visiting Russian Foreign Minister as part of Russia’s presidency of the United Nations Security Council.
