Amal Neerad-Mammootty movie ‘Bhishma Parvat’ to release on February 24, 2022, 14 years after the release of ‘Big B’. The announcement was made on Mammootty’s official Facebook page. Amal Neerad has decided to do another film with Mammootty after he had to postpone Big B’s sequel ‘Bilal’ due to Kovid.
Mammootty will be playing the role of ‘Bhishma Vardhan’ in the film which belongs to the gangster drama category. The film stars Tabu, Shine Tom Chacko, Farhan Fazil, Srinath Bhasi, Dileesh Pothen, Abu Salim, Lena, Shrinda, Veena Nandakumar, Harish Perady, Anasuya Bhardwaj, Nadia Moidhu and Mala Parvathy in other roles. The film is shot by Anand C Chandran and the music is composed by Sushin Shyam. Editing by Vivek Harshan. The film is written by Amal Neerad and Devdutt Shaji.
The stylish look of Saubin Shahir’s character ‘Ajaz’ was released as the first character poster in Bhishma Parvat. The photo in the poster is reminiscent of Saub’s character in Bird. The second look poster was released with a depiction of a fight scene of the main character played by Mammootty. Amal Neerad has also posted a poster of KPAC simple character Karthiyaniyamma on Facebook.
