A 26-year-old Jerusalem resident was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a number of women in Tel Aviv last week. The police will ask for an extension of his detention.
Police opened an investigation yesterday upon receiving a report of an assault on a woman (55) on Marmorek Street in Tel Aviv, in which a man assaulted the woman when there was no prior acquaintance between the two. Tel Aviv managed to tie the suspect to 3 more assault incidents of women across the city last week.
