The new “The Wonder Years” takes its title from the homonymous TV series aired between 1988 and 1993 on ABC. In Italy the show known as “Blue Jeans” is part of the successful family-themed television trend that was popular in the 80s, before the teen drama definitely took over. The reboot conceived by Saladin K. Patterson will take many of the original ideas, but will drastically change the perspective, since the protagonist family is black this time.
