In the United States in the state of Texas, a record temperature of 50 degrees has been kept for several weeks. It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to CNN.
More than a dozen historical temperature records were broken this month in the United States of America. Rio Grande Village recorded 48 degrees on Friday, and temperatures are forecast to rise to that limit again on Tuesday.
+49 degrees are expected in Midland and Corpus Christi, and +46 in Houston. Texas also faced record heat, where the temperature reached almost +50.
Due to such a high air temperature in the Big Bend National Park in southwest Texas, two people died. According to the US Meteorological Service, the heat does not recede even at night.
