The ninth edition of the Professional Sambas in the spotlight

The ninth edition of the Professional Sambas opens on June 26, 2023 in Libreville with a press conference. This skills exchange seminar is sponsored by Dr. Massamba Gueye. This umpteenth edition takes place from June 26 to July 1 in the Gabonese capital.
Ten years already since the professional Sambas were born and make rain and shine for the benefit of Gabonese youth. Ten years of life! The ninth edition opens while paying tribute to those who have contributed to shedding light on this meeting of giving and receiving. They are Pape Diouf, Manu Dibango, Amobé Mévégué and many others who have worked to bring out and promote the hidden talents of young people.
This ninth edition is an opportunity for the initiator of this project, Josiane Matene, to present to the men and women of the media, the challenges of this umpteenth meeting in the Gabonese capital. Professional Sambas, she says, “are here to bring young people out of the shadows into the light“.
What are Professional Sambas ?
First, she explains, “Samba” is a symbolic hug of emotional sharing, hospitable welcome, respect and conviviality. Professional sambas are therefore meetings that favor exchanges and the sharing of experiences by giving benchmarks and tools to participants in order to confront the new experiences with seasoned professionals.
It should be remembered for useful purposes that professional sambas have been initiated and carried out since 2014 in Gabon by 3MJ Consulting and the Ong Sambas-Labs. They carry human values, work, excellence, merit, sharing and cultural diversity.
The professional Sambas workshops, she continued, “are growth accelerators that make knowledge accessible on various subjects that we do not necessarily learn at school in a practical and precise way. These are forums that allow all socio-professional categories to come and learn from those who have succeeded.“.
The professional Sambas are the meeting of knowledge, knowledge… They are the wealth of socio-cultural diversity. It’s like a pass in football, where there is pleasure in giving as we like to receive.
