2) the quality left over from the previous period is still preserved to some extent, but the trend is negative.
3) the return to the values of 2017-2020 is no longer possible under the current conditions. the judges, as a collective, have already missed the opportunity to “set the Constitutional position”. Now it is only possible to slow down the spread of metastases.
4) Nikol Pashinyan is the number one culprit and responsible for the corruption of the judiciary. the big and small Karenandreasians occupy the 2nd and following places on the list.”
