No, it took years, a process that was very readable and predictable. It was expressed in rhetoric, it was expressed in politics.

Now a ghetto has been created in Nagorno-Karabakh, literally. I say again, sometimes we don’t make the terms understandable, we give people titles: humanitarian crisis, humanitarian crisis.
