After visiting the Pantanal Biopark and meeting with Governor Eduardo Riedel (PSDB), the Ambassador of India, Suresh Reddy, proposed to the tourism and events sector to attract Indian couples to carry out weddings in Mato Grosso do Sul and committed himself to spread the idea in your country.
Reddy spoke about the subject during the dialogue with MS tourism representatives, in the auditorium of the Hotel Deville. He said that one of the curiosities about India is the high investment in wedding parties. For him, Mato Grosso do Sul presents attractive scenarios for couples from India to celebrate the festivities in MS.

“You need to take tourism from here to India and show how the marriage with the sunset of Mato Grosso do Sul, in the waters of the Pantanal and with all this nature would be like. I will tell everyone what I saw here”, said the ambassador, who came to the Capital at the invitation of senator Nelsinho Trad (PSD).
He arrived on Thursday (17) and also participated in rounds of conversations about the industry with representatives of Fiems (Federation of Industries of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul) and about agriculture at the headquarters of the Famasul System (Federation of Agriculture and Livestock from Mato Grosso do Sul).
Reddy was received by the governor at the government reception at Parque Estadual do Prosa, one of the places where he was impressed by the natural riches of Campo Grande. The ambassador described the architectural design of the Pantanal Biopark, which is the largest freshwater aquarium in the world, as “magnificent”, and also visited the Dom Bosco Culture Museum.

Invited by the Indian Atama Nambi, he intends to attend “Meditation and Well-Being, the wisdom of the Upanishads”, at the Sebrae (Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Companies) room in Campo Grande. Admission is free and the event will run from 4pm to 6pm.
