Effervescence in Lastousrville during the PDG campaign for the general elections

August 21, 2023

The 4th headquarters of the Mulundu department in Lastousrville was the scene of an unprecedented mobilization this Sunday, August 20, 2023. The campaign team of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG) closed the second phase of its presentation tour of the party’s candidates in view of the general elections.

From Litseghé to Nzela, via Roungassa and Mibambou, the campaign team led by Bernard Limbondzi was enthusiastically welcomed by activists and supporters of the PDG. The day’s speakers stressed the importance of voting for the CEO nominees. The campaign manager said voting for Ali Bongo Ondimba is an act of realism and pragmatism, in line with his vision for the country. He also presented the running mate invested in the departmental federation B.

The Member of the National Council, Fernand Ngoussi Mayangh, insisted on the need to make the right choice when voting for the candidates of the PDG. He recalled the nomination process of the party’s candidate and encouraged the activists to sensitize the population in favor of the Distinguished Comrade President and all the PDG candidates.

Bertrand Bakakas, meanwhile, expressed his solidarity with the candidates invested by inviting Benjamin Banguébé Mayoubi and Fernand Ngoussi Mayangh to appear before the audience, a gesture which was warmly applauded by the activists.

The parliamentary candidate, Romain Philippe Mikanga Semba, insisted on the importance of making the right choice by voting for the candidates invested by the PDG, placing in the lead the Distinguished Comrade President, Ali Bongo Ondimba.

In conclusion, the importance of preserving cohesion and fraternity within the 4th seat was underlined, because after the election, the family remains an essential pillar.

Note that the general elections in Gabon will take place on August 26, 2023, where voters will have the opportunity to vote for the presidential, legislative and local elections. This election is marked by the particularity of the single ballot vote, and Ali Bongo Ondimba is running for a third term at the head of Gabon, encouraging voters to vote for the PDG banner.
