The Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, announced support measures for SMEs through financing for the payment of fixed amounts via discount of employer contributions.

The expansion of the Crear credit line with a higher rate bonus and the implementation of a Single Financial File will serve to improve access to credit.

One of the fundamental measures consists of state financing of the ‘fixed sum’ granted to workers and in this sense, the State will assume 50% or 100% of this sum, depending on whether it is an SME or a MicroSME. .

The amount of the ‘fixed sum’ will be deducted from employer contributions, easing the economic burden on companies and allowing them to meet their labor obligations while maintaining financial health.

Extension of the Line of Credit with Rate Discount for the CREAR Line

Another measure that will be implemented is the expansion of the credit line, along with an increase in the rate bonus, specifically directed at the CREAR line.

This action seeks to provide SMEs with broader and more advantageous access to financing, allowing them to invest in their operations, expansion, and development projects.

Single Financial File to Facilitate Access to Credit

With the purpose of speeding up and simplifying access to credit for SMEs, the concept of the Single Financial File will be launched.

This innovative initiative will allow companies to present the same portfolio at each bank, improving the efficiency of the credit evaluation processes and making it easier to obtain loans. This will help reduce bureaucracy and save time and resources for SMEs.

The three measures proposed by the government demonstrate a clear focus on supporting Small and Medium Enterprises, recognizing their importance in the economic and social fabric of the country.

Through these actions, it seeks to create an environment conducive to growth, investment and the strengthening of SMEs, which in turn will contribute to sustainable development and the general well-being of society.
