The participants of the Council of Europe “Yerevan School of Political Courses” study program were hosted at the presidential residence.
President Vahagn Khachaturyan delivered a lecture entitled “Modern Perceptions of the Role of the State” for the participants of the course.
During the lecture, the president referred to the current development trends and general realities in the public administration systems of Armenia and other countries.
He said that the political system in Armenia is not yet established.
“We also have to decide what kind of state we want,” said Vahagn Khachaturyan.
