The note adds that the mobilization will take place both in Russia and in the territories occupied by Russia in Ukraine.

The 40,000 Chechens who would also be recruited would be employed, according to the source, as “barrier units”who are deployed behind the troops and have the mission of shooting those who do not follow the orders to charge against the enemy.

“At the same time, the planned number of mobilized people among the populations of Moscow and Saint Petersburg remains minimal once again,” says the Ukrainian General Staff, which explains that the new mobilization would have as its main objective Russian regions further away from the centers of can.

“Ordinary citizens residing in the Russian regions will be sent to the front once again as cannon fodder and pushed to their deaths by Kadrov’s executioners,” the report adds, referring to the Chechen leader loyal to the Kremlin.

The note states that “virtually the only way for the Russian military to survive is to voluntarily surrender to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.”
