Mash, a Russian news channel on the messaging app Telegram, posted a video of a large column of smoke rising over the city. Before the fire broke out, explosions were heard. A diesel tank caught fire in the Adlersky neighborhood, in the Russian town of Sochi, on the Black Sea. This was stated by Veniamin Kondratyev, governor of the Krasnodar region, adding that according to initial information there were no victims. “We are investigating the reasons for the accident,” Kondratyev said on Telegram.
