New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his “unprofessional behavior”. The criticism comes after reports emerged that China was building a bridge near Pangong Lake in Ladakh. The bridge connects the north and south banks of Lake Pangong.
