The Armenian side still does not have a clear answer whether it will participate in the CSTO summit to be held in Minsk on November 23.

“When there is a decision, the public will be informed about it,” RA Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan told reporters.

He responded to the question: Is it possible for us not to participate? “Theoretically, it is possible both to participate and not to participate.”

Kostanyan emphasized that there is currently no legal process to withdraw from the CSTO.
