The official investigation conducted in the internal security department of the RA MIA Police revealed that the head of one of the MIA police units, using his official authority, offered an employee of another unit to serve in his unit for a bribe of 300,000 drams, to which the latter agreed.
Then the head of the department organized the process of ordering him.
Criminal proceedings were initiated in the RA General Prosecutor’s Office and the RA Anti-Corruption Committee on the basis of the documents obtained during the service examination.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs is consistent in identifying corruption and any deviation from the legal framework will be dealt with severely.
