It is her 59th studio album and the 25th of her compilations by the seven-time Grammy winner. But this time, the singer, millionaire businesswoman and philanthropist from Tennessee has decided to change her style. In ‘Rockstar’which goes on sale this Friday, November 17, through Butterfly Records and Big Machine Label Group, debuts as a rocker.

‘Satisfaction’, feminine power
The album includes a cover of ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction’ de The Rolling Stones with Brandi Carlile and P!nk. It is one of the few versions of his next album that does not feature the original artist, Mick Jagger. The British artist “was very involved in his own album, which I completely understand, and I didn’t have any more time, we had a deadline. I would have loved to sing with Mick, but then I thought: ‘Well, if you’re not going to sing it with me, I’m going to get some girl power in this version,” Parton told Billboard.
