Sleep is my number one priority in life,” she said, emphasizing the importance of getting enough sleep. “I’m not functional if I get less than 10 (hours of sleep). I can easily go 14 hours.”

Johnson also shared that she meditates twice a day, practices breathwork, and relies on transcendental meditation to help with anxiety. She also mentioned that getting in a bathtub at any time of day helps her feel grounded.

The “Fifty Shades of Grey” actress also spoke about the role her boyfriend, Coldplay front man Chris Martin, plays in helping her manage depression.
