A great plane to explore Mars from end to end

If the proposal and design of the company Coflow Jet, LLC prosper, this great plane could look spectacular and majestic on Mars, powered by propellers driven by motors powered by electricity generated by solar panels on its wings.

The plane, called MAGGIE (Mars Aerial and Ground Intelligent Explorer), would also have the ability to take off and land vertically, that is, like a helicopter.

In a single Martian year (687 days), MAGGIE could travel more than 16,000 kilometers.
