“Vibrational experiences”: a cycle of workshops to introduce deaf people to music

The Philharmonie de Paris has just hosted a series of workshops in November and December entitled “Vibrational Experiences”. The idea: ask five deaf people to learn about instruments, and to compose several pieces together, with drums, cellos, a drum, etc.

Among the participants in these workshops, Charlie Dupiot met Justine, a deaf oralist with an implant, who explains her relationship with music:

“I mean it in another way: through vibrations, through visuals, but it comes a lot through imagination. »
