On September 16-17, the annual Harvest Festival, the 10th jubilee festival of rural life and traditions, will be held in Dzoraghbyur settlement of Kotayk region, the organizer of which is the NGO “Green Path”.
Farmers and farmer groups, agricultural entrepreneurs from all regions of Armenia and abroad will participate in the event, who will present their agricultural products in all their diversity.
Arman Khojoyan, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, heads of various international organizations, including European Union, UN agencies, ambassadors, private sector representatives will make a speech at the opening ceremony.
The purpose of the festival is to contribute to the development of sustainable agriculture and rural communities in Armenia through positive changes. Around 200 farmers and farmer groups participate in the festival every year.
During the festival, participants will have the opportunity to purchase fresh and affordable agricultural products directly from the producer.
