Ameriabank and the international financial group BOGG PLC have completed the negotiations, according to which Ameriabank can join the international group BIOG. The stage of approvals of the deal is ahead, and before that, Mel Carvel, the chairman of the board of the financial group of BIOG, visited Armenia on the successful completion of the negotiations.
During the visit, Carval gave an interview, during which he presented the BOGG company in more detail, talked about the details and importance of the possible transaction, gave answers to a number of questions, for example, why Armenia and why Ameriabank. Carvel also referred to the new opportunities opening up for Ameriabank and its clients in case of becoming a member of a large banking group.
