Starting from June 1, 2023, the new system of “Electronic billing documents” (e-invoicing) was launched, the SRC reports.
It is possible to enter the system through the RA SRC electronic reporting system (file-online.taxservice.am). The calculation documents written out by the new system will be registered in real time in the system of calculation documents of the tax authority (in the database).
The former “Electronic billing documents and books” (e-invoicing) system will continue to be launched for a certain period of time. At the same time, settlement documents can be written out both by the old system and by the new system.
If the settlement document related to the same transaction is written out in both the old and the new system, the transaction will be documented twice, so in order to avoid this, it is recommended to document the transaction (ie write out the settlement document) either in the old system or in the new system.
At the same time, the Committee informs that it will be additionally informed about the limitations of writing off settlement documents through the previous system.
