jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Government Regulation (PP) Number 14 of 2024 regulates the disbursement of holiday allowances (THR) and 13th salaries for civil servants, PPPK, TNI/Polri, retirees and other state officials.
The components of the THR and 13th salary for ASN/officials/TNI/Polri consist of the basic salary according to the income value as of March 2024 for THR, and May 2024 for the 13th salary; position/general allowance; allowances attached to basic salary (family allowance and food allowance); as well as 100 percent performance allowance for central ASN and a maximum of 100 percent for regional ASN.
The provision of performance allowances for regional ASN takes into account the regional fiscal capacity and is in accordance with statutory regulations.
Meanwhile, the THR and 13th salary components for pensions and pension recipients include basic pension, family allowance, food allowance and additional income.
As for the teaching and lecturer profession, the component received is 100 percent of the professional allowance, honorary allowance for professors, or additional teacher income.
THR payments are made no sooner than 10 working days before Eid al-Fitr, followed by disbursement after Eid for those who have not received payment before Eid.
The 13th salary disbursement will be carried out in June 2024, and will continue with disbursement in the following month for those who have not received payment.
