Who can register
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- There should be a house with a roof.
- There should be an electricity bill in the name of any member of the household.
- Not already availing the benefit of solar subsidy.

How to apply online
step 1: First of all go to the official website.
Step 2: After this select State, Electricity Distribution Company.
Step 3: After this, enter electricity bill number, mobile number, email for registration.
Step 4: After logging into the account, you will have to apply online.
Step 5: After approval, get solar panels installed from a registered vendor of Discom.
Step-6: After installation, enter plant details and apply for net meter.
Step 7: Submit bank details and canceled check and then subsidy will be received in 30 days.

How much subsidy will you get?
- On installation of 1 to 2 kW solar panel, subsidy of Rs 30 thousand to Rs 60 thousand will be available.
- Subsidy of Rs 60 to 78 thousand will be available for 2 to 3 kw solar panel.
- Subsidy of Rs 78 thousand will be given on installation of 3 kw solar panel.
