Colombia expels Argentine diplomats after Milei’s comments against Petro

They added that this is not the first time that Milei has addressed Petro in a disrespectful manner and for this reason “they have damaged the trust of our nation, in addition to offending the dignity of President Petro, who was democratically elected,” in addition to “affecting the historic bilateral relations.

Prior to the measure, the Government of Colombia withdrew its ambassador from Buenos AiresArgentina, after Milei’s statements against Gustavo Petro.
