Metaxe Hakobyan, deputy of Artsakh “Ardarutyun” faction, said:
“Dear compatriots, as I promised, from now on the launch of the “Determining Voice of Artsakh Youth” program developed by the “Justice and Return” NGO for the preservation of Armenian national and cultural values begins.
The plan includes a series of meetings with our compatriots in 10 regions of Armenia, with whom we will discuss the troubling questions regarding the present and future of all of us, we will try to get comprehensive answers and a road map.
The beginning of the project is given from the city of Kapan, Syunik marz.
We will meet on March 30.
Meeting place: c. Kapan, A. 8 Manukyan 1st Lane (Imperial Hall)
Meeting time: 15:30.
